Terry McEvoy is presenting a seminar on aircraft maintenance for aircraft owners. For those of you that don’t already know Terry, he is an extremely experience pilot and AME whom is not only endorsed for general AME tasks, but also structures, engines, and helicopters.

The course will start with a discussion of what maintenance tasks an owner is permitted to perform, followed by a demonstration of how to properly perform them.

Then we will inspect a C-172 with particular attention paid to known common problem areas. Operating techniques to minimize future maintenance problems will be emphasized.

All participants will have an opportunity to practice basic skills such as lockwiring, spark plug inspection and cleaning, etc.
