Contemplating a visit to the Nanaimo Flying Club, CYCD, or Nanaimo?

That’s great, fly-in or drive-in, whatever… stop on in on your way through and visit with us!

We happen to enjoy a really nice and waycool clubhouse, which is located south of the FSS on the CYCD airfield.

Of course any and all visitors from the aviation fraternity are cordially invited and welcome to -tap-tap-tap- on the door!

We are social aviators! With a little luck you’ll even find some coffee on & some of the gang around playing pool or swapping whoppers.

We’ve got competitive fuel pricing, refreshments, snacks & wireless broadband. If you need a place to overnight, we’ve got a satellite TV, shower to use and a kitchen that will make for the very best hot-dogs around. Our  parking & tie-downs are only $10 per night for transient, occasional visitors.

Access to the clubhouse is made available via electronic keypad on the front door using a “pilots will know” keycode. Visiting Pilots are welcome to make use of our facilities.

If you want some wheels while you’re here, the airport terminal has rentals. Golf? Check out Cottonwood G and CC right next door. The golf course has a nice restaurant. The airport terminal has a small coffee shop.

So c’mon over, stop in & top off your tanks, tag up & swap a few hangar flying stories with some of the good folks representing the NFC, maybe grab a bite to eat, too!

Most of all… enjoy the NFC’s hospitality. Besides… ya never know… one or more of us may show up at your own flying club one day… bwaahhaaahaaahaa!
